Some weeks ago, I got a call from this family owned local business in Tabaquite, offering me some samples of their products, so I jumped on board the opportunity train and visited their factory, the Tabaquite Cocoa Fermentary. The owner, Mr. Harryman Chattergoon then gave me a tour and provided a wealth of information of the cocoa process to export it internationally. Of course we had to try out the their value added products as well in this one and since I was so close to Knolly’s Tunnel, I decided to take y’all along with me on this adventure my Trinbago Vibes peeps

The Tabaquite Cocoa Fermentary has won many awards both locally and internationally for their cocoa products, so I highly recommend trying their products out
