When you accept this quest, you will be transformed into a running goblin. While you have the Crown Parcel Service buff on, you will be unable to slow down or stop moving. With the buff, run outside of the city's gates to the Crown Chemical Co. camp on your left. Once you enter the area, a Crown Supply Sentry will throw a box on your back, giving you the Crown Chemical Co. Contraband buff. Once you have the box, return to Inspector Snip Snagglebolt inside of the city to turn in this quest.
