Both are customised treatment softwares used for Spectacle removal and are launched by Alcon.
We discuss the key differences and benefits if any of Innoveyes over other established techniques. Innoveyes has been introduced by Alcon recently and is being popularised as #AI lasik. If we talk about approval, Contoura Vision is USFDA approved, while innoveyes is under trial and has been introduced in only 2-3 centres across India and in few centres in Australia, Europe and its data from trials is being collected. It has not been launched for commercial sale by Alcon until now.
Further whether Innoveyes has a benefit over other already established techniques is still a matter of debate as there is no head to head comparison.
