Chicken Pizza Recipe, A family favourite recipe which is made by cooking chicken with Indian spices and Italian herbs. Whole wheat pizza dough is topped with pizza sauce, spicy chicken filling, cheese, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. Delicious chicken pizza cooked in a cast iron pan to get crispy crust and cheesy golden topping.

Servings: 7 ~ 8 Persons

A) Ingredients for Pizza Dough:
1. All Purpose Flour - 03 Cups
2. Yeast - 01 Tbsp
3. Salt - 1/2 Tsp
4. Sugar - 02 Tsp
5. Cooking Oil - 1/2 Tbsp
6. Water - 01 Cup (Warm at 40 °C)
Note : Oil the dough surface and rest in a warm place for 01 hour.

B) Ingredients for Chicken Pizza:
1. Cooking Oil - 01 Tbsp
2. Garlic Chopped - 1/2 Tbsp
3. Chicken Boneless - 200 ~ 250 gms (Cube Cut)
4. Tikka Masala - 01 Tbsp (National or Shan Brand)
5. Mixture Sauce - 1/2 Cup in Bottle (1/4 Cup Mayonnaise + 1/4 Cup Tomato Ketchup) (1:1)
6. Pizza Sauce - 03 Tbsp (Any Brand)
7. Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) - 100 gms
8. Tomato Sliced - 1/2 Medium Size
9. Capsicum Sliced - 1/2 Small Size
10. Onion Sliced - 1/3 Small Size
11. Mushroom Sliced - 03 Tbsp
12. Sweet Corn - 02 Tbsp
13. Green Olives Sliced - 02 Tbsp
14. Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese (Grated) - 100 gms
15. Black Olives Sliced - 01 Tbsp
16. Dried Oregano - Sprinkle on Top & on Pizza corners
17. Olive Oil - 5 mL on top & on Pizza corners

Note:
Baking Conditions: In Pre-Heated Oven @ 200 °C for 15 minutes
(12 minutes on lower heater then 03 mins on upper heater)

2. Pizza Sauce - 03 Tbsp (Any Brand)
3. Cheddar Cheese (Grated) - 100 gms
4. Tomato Sliced - 1/3 Medium Size
5. Capsicum Sliced - 1/3 Small Size
6. Onion Sliced - 1/4 Small Size
7. Mushroom Sliced - 01 Tbsp
8. Sweet Corn - 01 Tbsp
9. Green Olives Sliced - 01 Tbsp
10. Pepperoni Slices - 23 (Dipped in Olive Oil)
11. Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) - 100 gms
12. Dried Oregano - Sprinkle on Top
13. Olive Oil - 5 mL

Note:
Baking Conditions: In Pre-Heated Oven @ 200 °C for 15 minutes
(10 minutes on lower heater then 05 mins on upper heater)
