Then along the seafront, past Caleta de Fuste beach (Playa del Castillo). We then head into town and take a look at some of the bars and restaurants in Caleta de Fuste.

A Fuerteventura holiday is a great way to get some winter sun, and the beach resort of Caleta de Fuste (Costa Caleta) has so much to offer with it's beautiful white sandy beaches, pretty marina and great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Caleta de Fuste (also known as El Castillo and Costa Caleta) is the largest community in the municipality of Antigua, Las Palmas, Spain, on the island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.

The area is popular with tourists and has numerous hotels, shops, boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants on or near the beaches. In the main harbour is a castle built as a martello tower by the military engineer Claudio de Lisne in 1743.

In addition to beach activities, local recreation includes sailing, diving, windsurfing and scuba exploration. The ocean waters in the area are known for their dolphin and turtle populations. The Championship golf course, one of two at Fuerteventura, is close by and hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. The second golf course, which was completed in 2007, is located adjacent to the first.

Caleta de Fuste is known for its golf courses and sheltered beach, which is in a cove by the marina. Nearby is El Castillo, an 18th-century defensive tower. North of town, the Dreams House Museum displays model trains and vintage toys. To the south is the Salinas del Carmen salt works, with a salt museum and whale skeleton.

Castillo de San Buenaventura is a defense tower located in Caleta de Fuste, a small town on the island of Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain. It is also known as "Castillo de Caleta de Fuste", and the tower was recognized as historic-artistic monument in 1949. Located near Caleta de Fuste's marina, visitors can access the tower via a stone staircase, which features a drawbridge with iron chains. Castillo de San Buenaventura is one of the town's prominent monuments.
