How to create and use a description key when importing points from a file?

Step 1: Open the survey point file received from the client and note the points that need to be shown as blocks on the drawing.
Step 2: These are the blocks and descriptions according to the client’s standards.
Step 3: Create point styles corresponding to each block.
Step 4: Select the correct block name that was created earlier.
Step 5: Create label styles.
Step 6: Create a new description key set.
Step 7: Create a code, point style, point label style, and layer for each specific description keys.
Step 8: Import point files into the drawing.
Step 9: Specify the correct point file format and create a point group for easier management.
Step 10: Check if the description key set are working correctly.
Step 11: Adjust the size of the marker point style to meet the client's specifications.
Step 12: Rotate the point label to make the drawing clearer.
Step 13: Continue creating description keys for the remaining blocks.
Step 14: Apply the description keys for the newly created blocks to the drawing.
Step 15: Edit the description keys (the point description and code description must be identical).
