Installing an Android Head Unit in a Mercedes S-Class (W220 Facelift)

Link to the radio I installed – You will need to select the option to add the fiber optic (MOST) box. I recommend the 8 core CPU option for better processing power:

For pre-facelift cars, a different converter box exists, but requires a few more connections.
