Neural Simulation Cerberus using Paralyze bug during week of September 2-8, 2024.
I included the last two fails to paralyze the boss. If you see damage numbers but the paralyze didn't hit, it means that you were a frame or so late.

If this boss appears again in Neural Simulation I most definitely won't be doing a recording of this again due to the difficulty of the timing.

Boss gains 25% Electric resist.
