Описание к видео My favorite Stanford class | World's most iconic MBA class | 50 years of history

Interpersonal Dynamics (or "Touchy Feely") is one of the world's most iconic MBA classes with almost 50 years of history. What has made it so famous? It taught students how to be an authentic leader and a more effective communicator and a better conflict resolver.

In this video, I will share my experience taking this class with a Touchy Feely facilitator, Michael Lin (ex-Google, ex-Waymo, Stanford GSB MSx). Three main takeaways are:
1. Vulnerability is a strength instead of a weakness because it allows us to lead with authenticity
2. Feeling is a universal language, perfect for both self reflection and interpersonal dynamics
3. Not crossing the net is one of the many secrets to succeed in conflict resolution
