I am pretty sure the 2023 Mahindra XUV700 is the cheapest seven-seat SUV in Australia currently. At just $36,990 drive-away for the bottom-spec AX7 model and $39,990 for the top-spec AX7L model tested here, both with seven years of warranty and roadside assistance cover! Without doubt, this Indian-made SUV is a very affordable brand-new option compared with rivals such as the Mitsubishi Outlander, Nissan X-Trail and Honda CR-V, so understandably I am very eager to put it through our BabyDrive testing.
