Okay let's get out for a Group Ride on ROUVY. What is a group ride? It's a ride led by a leader at a preset power output, with a Group ride magnet effect to make sure that we all stay together.

This was a 1.5-2.5 w/kg group ride led by Team GRC member NobbyStyles. So I jumped in looking to do something more Zone 2/Zone 3, more of a recovery ride day. This was exactly what I needed, join me for some rambling as a chat about the ride.
