Miata 1.6 to 1.8 Swap - Fabrication and Engine Install 1/2

Last week I removed the old 1.6 engine and now it's time continue the 1.8 swap and install the new engine. During this 1.8 swap I'm not going to use the Flyin Miata kit, instead I'm trying to fabricate everything myself.
