How To Central Dowel For Your Tall Cakes | Cake Tutorial | Cherry Basics

Hi! This week we touch on central dowels for those super tall cakes!
Usually I don't add a central dowel to my 3-4 tiered cakes, but I DO when one of the tiers is a double-barrel height. This is because it make it tall AND thin, therefore a little more susceptible to sliding off, especially on a long journey to the venue.
