Welcome to my segment on Cuddle Therapy!

I was approached by the producers to come in and do a segment on Cuddle Therapy on channel 5 on the Jeremy Vine Show and we chatted about the advantages that Cuddle Therapy provided, more on that in the upcoming videos!

The debate was that only '14% of people say they are happy for an acquaintance to greet them with an embrace. Are you a hugger or do you prefer to keep people at arms length?' I'm clearly a hugger because of the work I do, but it was interesting to hear the differing opinions on the show and it was a really fun morning, everybody was lovely at the studio and I even got to give Jeremy a cuddle as part of it! A great experience.
