This week we went to OrthoCarolina's Shoulder and Elbow Center on Randolph Road in Charlotte, NC to meet with Dr. Nady Hamid. I must say, I learned a lot about cortisone. I came into the meeting with only a bit of understanding, having just had one myself. I knew it was a steroid and I knew it seemed to help. However, I had read some conflicting news on the drug. Dr. Hamid cleared it all up for me.

They do some amazing things at this facility and we were truly honored to get the time (and share the knowledge with you all).
