【Ingredients】
Rice:
150g White Rice (150g rice before soaking. Remember to drain the rice after soaking.)
150g - 160g Water
1 tsp Oil (to grease the clay pot before adding rice)
1 TBSP oil (to grease the edge of the pot while cooking)

Chicken and Mushroom Marinade:
120g Chicken Leg (Diced)
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Egg White
1TSBP Cornstarch
1/4 tsp White Peppercorn Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Oyster Sauce
1/8 tsp Salt
5g Shredded Ginger

Sausages:
2, sliced

Greens:
3 - 5 Bok Choy
Some chopped green onion

Secret Clay Pot Sauce:
15g Oil
2 - 3 Green Onion Whites
30g Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 TBSP Rice Wine
1/2 tsp fish sauce

【Steps】
1. Soak the rice for 25 mins.
2. Marinade the chicken and mushrooms for at least 20 mins.
3. Make the secret clay pot sauce.
4. Boil bok choy for 3 mins.
5. Cook the rice, chicken, mushrooms, and sausage. Make sure to follow the stove heat and timing instruction! (7mins+7mins+10mins+3mins)
6. Garnish and enjoy!
