Ingredients:

yolk 5 xl size(100 grams)
sugar 3/4 cup (150 grams)
vanilla 9 grams (2 tsp )
oil 1/2 cup (100 grams)
water 2/3 cup (150 grams)

cake flour 2 cups (250 grams)
baking powder 1 tbsp (10 grams)
salt 1 tsp ( 5 grams)

eggwhites 8 xl size (300 grams)
sugar 3/4 cup (150 grams)
cream of tartar 1 tsp

Baking time: baking time 35-40 minutes (150°c)
depending on the oven.
Pan size: 9x13, 2 round pan 9 inches, 3 round pan 8 inches or 4 round pan 6 inches.
