Our Twitter source is a super powerful way of pulling in a Twitter user’s followers or following. However, you may not want to sort through each one of these accounts individually; this could take up a ton of time when looking for even the most basic attributes. This is why Clay’s team created an integration that allows you to find a keyword within a body of text, at scale. Here’s how to do it:

First, import some accounts using our Twitter source. If you don’t know how to do this, here’s the video explaining it. After that, all you need to do is go to Clay’s “Get Keywords” integration, and pull the person’s twitter bio block (found within their source column) into the allotted box. Type in the keyword(s) that you’re looking for, separated by a comma if you’re looking for multiple. Then, click “Run” and watch as the integration does its magic.

From there, you’ll be able to see which of these accounts has the keyword(s) you selected in their Twitter bio. The “Get Keywords” integration can be used with any body of text, but we figured we’d show you a fun use case for it.
