Mauchline is a small town of Scotland, between Cumnock and Mauchline it's about about 10 minutes travel in the car, and from Mauchline to Kilmarnock it's also 10 minutes drive,
Scotland's national Bard, Robert Burns. Robert Burns lived here with his wife Jean Armour, who came from Mauchline, and there is a museum where they lived. The National Burns Memorial Tower stands to the north west of the town.
