Cutting Acute Angles At The Table Saw (Tenoning Jig)

How do you cut a 60 degree bevel for a mitre? You could use a mitre bar on the table saw, or even a mitre saw, but you'll be limited by the capacity of the blade on both tools - about 75mm/3" & 150mm/5" for both.

Using a super-sized tenoning jig, you can easily cut 500mm on acute angles.
