Now here is something I was able to record in the nick of time.

A Federation Phaser Tank destroyed the Metar-captured Klingon Arsenal in the beginning, a structure that the Romulans were supposed to capture as part of this mission (as I was playing as the Romulans here). However, note that there is NO message popping up that the mission has failed due to the destruction of that captured Arsenal! There is no debriefing scene, no other notification, nothing, effectively leaving the mission in an endless deadlock, even if I would put in the effort of destroying every other Metar/Taubat building I could find in this mission. Even capturing the captured Klingon Science Station and the Taubat Temple did nothing.

Yes, the video is this long simply to show that the mission just goes on without any prompt or message saying that the mission has failed; apparently there is no checker for it present here or it has been bugged in such a way that a mission failure other than the loss of the hub will simply not register here.
