Victim Says Windrush Scandal 'Took Away My Soul' | This Morning

Alison’s live in Brixton today where she’s joining local residents in a very special performance to celebrate Windrush Day - when the country celebrates the contributions of the Windrush generation. However, whilst today is a celebration, there’s still so many victims of the Windrush scandal who are yet to receive compensation from the government, after being wrongly accused of living illegally in the UK. We’ll be speaking to Michael Braithwaite, who lost his job and was threatened with deportation after living in the UK for over 50 years.
