Scotland to Istanbul by Train across Europe!

I travel across Europe from Thurso in the Scottish Highlands down to Istanbul in Türkiye!
The journey south east from Scotland was done entirely on land using an Interrail Global Pass for majority of the featured (non-UK) trains used.

I pass through many cities and countries along the way including Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria!

Arad to Bucharest Sleeper Train

Bucharest to Ruse (journey disrupted by lineside fires)

Ruse to Sofia (change at Gorna Oryahovitsa)
Sofia to Istanbul Sleeper Train
