So you need to think about how to resolve barriers to the customer signing up, simplifying your CTA, bolding the benefits, clarifying whether use is instantaneous, adding social proof and listing your product features.

Then your conversions should increase.

0:01 Okay. So I have, Salesforce has free trial page on the screen. I just wanted to walk through with you things that we can do to improve it and things that are actually working really well.

0:11 So the header is really clear. It's clear about how many days you can get it free. It's clear what the outcome of that is to convert more leads and close more deals.

0:20 So that that's excellent. Then it's got a list of features, so track contacts and manage pipeline and then others as well.

0:28 So that shows you exactly what you're getting. And then what they're trying to do next is to remove barriers to someone signing up.

0:35 So they've got get started with a fully functional CRM today. So it's immediate, it's an instantaneous thing that you can use.

0:42 There's no obligation, no payment and no credit card required. But I think the fact that all that is involved takes away from some of the key points which people look for when they're signing up.

0:52 So one of them is that you want to instantaneously, and I feel that it is a little buried and the others are the main barriers.

0:59 So no obligation, no payment, no credit card required. I feel that there could be either laid out differently or put in a separate lines so that there's more emphasis on that.

1:09 And also I think apart from those really good elements that are starting to drive away, some of those concerns, I think you need to think about social proof on this page.

1:19 So I'd like to see either a testimonial or some logos, or, um, some testimonials that link out of case studies with tangible benefits.

1:28 I understand completely why Salesforce haven't done that and they can get away without doing that because everyone knows who Salesforce is.

1:36 Everyone probably knows what the main benefits of Salesforce is. And some people properly assigning up to Salesforce because it's Salesforce.

1:43 So that's why with the much bigger brands like Salesforce and base camp, um, it's best not to copy their pages because some things they can get away with just because of the sheer, um, brand equity that they have.

1:57 So for any other company, uh, there should be social proof on this page and there should also be benefits. And what I'd quite like to see is the benefits highlighted, um, and the benefits which are highlighted should be tangible metrics.

2:10 So there should be quantifiable metrics and I think that that would really improve this page. And I hope that helps.
