The outcome gave us a nice surprise. Inside the drill were all dust and ashes but the motor was in good shape
索頭和齒輪組在内部的4顆固定螺絲鬆脱了
The 4 screws for fixing the gearbox inside were loosened
只靠外部的4顆螺絲固定，用家應是經常在牆上打洞的，是真正用家
Hence the gearbox and chuck were attached to the motor with another 4 screws outside the housing only. The former user must be a technical guy who drilled on walls frequently
清理後轉速是5千多和1900多轉，扭力更勝一般雜廠產品
After cleaning and lubricating with grease, the spinning speed was 1960Rpm at high speed and 500 at low speed
我們成功令老鑽回春，恢復原來的顏値又帶點滄桑,看來暫時没有更換齒輪組的需要
We successfully recover its handsome appearance while some signs which seems to tell people that it had a tough story through thick and thin still remain. No further refurbishment is needed
