I had the pleasure of building this custom exhaust for a client's hand built Yamaha XS650 chopper. This was a lot of fun and I'm really happy with the end result! I wanted to share all the tips and tricks I've learned over the years building exhausts. Hope you enjoy this video and ride safe!

For this exhaust I used 1.5" OD 304L stainless tubing with a .049" thick wall.
