I made the VIRAL Cottage Cheese Flatbread BETTER using THIS!!

I finally tried the viral cottage cheese flatbread but I found that adding this special ingredient is what makes this wrap better!! It's sturdy, flexible and has better flavor too.

FLATBREAD RECIPE
8 oz (1 cup) cottage cheese (get full fat if you can find it)
2 eggs
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour batter on the parchment line tray and spread in an even rectangle shape.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the top has set.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
