Part 1 - Long Video

How to remove, disassemble the entire carburetor rack, and further clean and service Mikuni TM33 heated carburetors with service to the lower float bowls, main jets, upper slides and carb bodies on a Yamaha SX Viper 2-stroke 700 triple. This is a full and comprehensive carb cleaning service covering the removal of the rack with the air box, complete teardown of the 3ea individual carbs, and general cleaning with service of the lower float bowls including the main nozzles, main jets, pilot jets, mixture screws, float assemblies, and then the main bodies including upper slides, needle & seat assemblies, R&R of the TORS switch, and all of your gasket and o-ring replacements.

It is a long video and is designed to help someone who has never done a complete carb teardown and rebuild before. In a word, anyone with general mechanical skills and some basic hand tools can perform this kind of work themselves. Stop paying someone else to tune your carburetors. It's easy!

Part 2 will address reinstallation of the carb rack back onto an SX Viper 700 Triple.
