I share this beautiful song as a prayer to express gratitude for the support of our ancestors, who according to indigenous traditions guide and support those alive with love and wisdom.
May we learn to heal the wounds of our ancestors that we carry within us and may we learn to honor the sacrifices they made and the gifts that they have passed on to us. Our own well-being, and that of the future generations and this planet, need us to take responsibility for our healing so that we can free ourselves for the chains of the past, evolve and step into our full authentic truth so that we can create a new, bright and healthy future for the generations to come.
So much healing is happening during these times and this healing process can be painful and frightening at times. May we remember to call upon the guidance and support of those who came before to help us through this journey of transformation.
