These machines are used for bending tube, angle, or shapes into coils, circles or large arcs using a wide variety of materials. By simply adjusting the third roll you change the size of the arc or circle. A digital readout allows repeatability for production runs on the CP Series. Machines come complete with a universal roll set. Tube sizes require specific rolls for each O.D. We have rolls for any application including CNC controlled. The Eagle CP30 is probably the most used Section Bender (angle roll) in the world. Equipped with a LED digital display (except "E" models) to monitor the bending roll, this machine gives accuracy in all rolling application. The unit uses the Powerful Pyramid Geometry with lower rolls driven and fixed in position and the top roll adjustable to obtain different bending diameters. Universal tooling supplied in 18 components permit bending of most standard sections/profiles.
