Hope the great ridge circular walk doesn't disappoint as one of the Peak District's classic walks - an easy to moderate walk of 10 miles starting and finishing from Hope train station.
walking through the Hope Valley to Castleton and then onward to Odin mine and the old A625 road before climbing to the summit of Mam Tor, then along the Great Ridge to Hollins Cross, Back Tor and Lose Hill, then descending back to the Hope valley and the train station.
