It's a beautiful day in the Charlotte metro area! WCNC Weather Impact meteorologist Chris Mulcahy says this spectacular weather is much cooler than normal with lower humidity and comfortable temperatures.

The sky will be changing throughout the day but that isn't a bad thing. Overall it will be a partly cloudy to partly sunny day but at times either the blue sky or clouds will completely take over the sky. Very friendly highs only in the low 80s.

Wednesday-Friday:
Mostly sunny and very pleasant on Wednesday. This will be sunnier than today and is Chris Mulcahy's Pick of the Week
Highs in the low 80s through Thursday before the mid 80s on Friday
Staying dry in the near term with our next shot at an isolated storm coming on Friday
Lows falling to either side of 60 degrees each morning for the rest of the work week
The mountains will have a couple of mornings drop into the 40s even! #Weather #Forecast
