Teriyaki Bowl
Chicken:
Dice chicken into squares.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on medium heat until fully cooked.

Teriyaki Sauce:
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
3/4 cup tamari sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Cook in a saucepan until it thickens.

Assembly:
Mix three spoonfuls of teriyaki sauce into the chicken while it cooks.
Add veggies of your choice. We used:
1 zucchini, sliced
Broccoli florets
Cabbage, chopped
Cook until the veggies are tender and the chicken is done.
Serve the chicken and veggies over rice.
Top with additional teriyaki sauce.
