Sprouts bhel
Sprouted bhel is a super healthy recipe, full of protein, nutrients and fiber. Wash and soak moong, kulath and grams. Tie them in a cloth to make sprouts. Prepare Steam cooked sprouts to preserve there nutrients and helps in digestion and sprinkle black salt and rock salt. Now to make the bhel, add sprouts, allo ki bhujia and chana dal namkeen, tomato, onion, sweet and tangy imli chutney, puffed rice or murmure, spices, grated carrot, beetroot, pomegranate seed and all that you want to add like fruits dry fruits but green chilli may ruined the taste so check it first before mixing green chilli if you want it to have after some time dont add salt till you want to have it. Enjoy it when you're feeling snacky but also want to be healthy!

Ingredients

½ cup whole green gram (sabut moong)
½ cup chana or grams
½ cup kulath or kulthi or horse gram (highest protein source)
Black Salt to taste
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and chopped
6 tbsps chopped onions
6 tbsps chopped tomatoes
4+4 tbsps roasted and peeled peanuts + for garnish
4+4 tbsps chana dal namkeen + for garnish
4 pinch of chaat masala
A pinch of red chilli powder for taste
5 tbsps date and tamarind chutney 2 additional for more tangy and sweet taste
1 lemon its going to be more and more tangy
8-10 crisp papdis/matar it can be made from atta + for garnish
2 cup chopped banana and apple + for garnish
2½ cups puffed rice
2+2 tbsps allo bhujia namkeen + to sprinkle
2+2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander f+ to garnishing
Grated carrots for garnish
Grated beetroot for garnish
Chopped dryfruits for garnish
Fresh pomegranate pearls for garnish
