[TAS] Mario Party 8 "Star Battle Arena" in

This is a polished version of my second TAS attempt at this game and category. This improves my previous attempt by about nineteen seconds.

Although this run is solid overall, I am not entirely satisfied and I still intend to improve it later. However I have been working on Mario Party 8 for a month straight. So I feel that the best course of action is to take a break and let the community appreciate a first TAS publication of this game.
