Swapnil and I have reached the heart of Santiniketan — now a proud UNESCO World Heritage Site! There’s something truly magical about this land of Tagore… and to begin this part of our journey, we’ve checked into a beautiful little haven called Ekantika Homestay.
Tucked away amidst lush greenery, Ekantika is everything one could ask for — calm, serene, and echoing with the gentle chirping of birds. The room is cozy, the surroundings are soulful, and I can already feel the stories waiting to be lived here.
A big thank you to my dear friend Sujoy for suggesting this gem of a place. And heartfelt gratitude to Priyam and Ritopa for welcoming us with such warmth and love — you’ve made this place feel like home.
Later, we wandered into the soul of Santiniketan — Visva Bharati University. The classrooms here are not bound by walls… they breathe under trees, in open courtyards, with the sky above and the earth below. It’s a vision that moves you — where learning dances with nature.
Santiniketan, we are here… and this journey is just getting more beautiful. Stay with us, doston… there’s so much more to share!
