1）Automatic Pocket Spring Assembly Machine LR-PSA-97P is an automatic spring-unit assembly machine which assembles spring strings with glue.
2）The machine is available in two modes, automatic mode and semi-automatic mode.
*In automatic mode, the spring rows are fed automatically and assembled into mattresses;
*In semi-automatic, the spring rows are manually fed and then the machine automatically assembles them into mattress units.

Intended Use
1) High-efficiency. Its production capacity can reach up to 550 springs/min. You can match it with 2 or 3 pocket spring machines.
2) Cheaper Labor Costs. Only one worker is needed to operate the machine, in fact, it can even free up the worker to take on other roles.
