* blue eyed werewolves implies they have killed someone before their coming of age ceremony. A very rare thing for the New York pack.

Storyline:
It took her to kill someone to find out about her curse. No werewolf bite, no deep scratch(s), no drinking water from a wolf paw print on a whim but a lifelong curse for defending herself. Thankfully Alec found her the first night she turned. He cleaned up the scene and brought her in, to the New York Wolf Pack, his Pack.

Alec's plan wasn’t to return to his pack as he knows what awaits him but running into Olivia, a werewolf who didn’t know about her history intrigued him and was curious where her journey will take her. Along the way, they both fell for each other as they had no one else to rely on despite being in a pack. For Alec, he has disappointed the elders in his community, Luke (Alpha and surrogate father who took over for him as he was too young to lead), his fellow pack members and even the new members for not becoming Alpha when he was supposed to. He chose to leave without informing anyone and stayed off grid until he brought in the new girl. Olivia struggled with her new normal. Unlike the others, she didn’t know her background and being introduced to the Pack through Alec didn’t help either. But she still was able to make a place for herself officially when he left again. They were supposed to leave together but he left her behind…

Overtime Alec comes back and takes his place as Alpha like nothing happened. Olivia questions him about his return but he stands his ground and says he needs to do what's right for him. And what's right for him is what is right for the pack. But clearly that isn’t the case as Alec has to deal with defiance, disloyalty, secrets about him and his family being revealed, maintaining what's left of his relationship with Olivia whilst being Alpha of the biggest and oldest Wolf Pack of New York.

After one of their fights, Olivia leaves New York, leading Alec to derail and push aside his responsibilities as Alpha. Channelling all his energy and time to a “nobody” in the eyes of his pack (No matter what she did for them, her werewolf line plays a big part. Bitten or born). Some members of the pack reach out to their former Alpha of Alec behaviour but Luke without missing a beat states Alec is on their side. And he was right and so was Olivia. He won’t say it but being Alpha is literally in his blood, his rightful place and his fate that he can share only with his pack. Being more than that is out of the question for him and Olivia even if they did settle down.
