In this video, I have explained the Matlab code for image registration.

Edit:
I have made some changes to the code
1) I have put the different standard transforms now, so now you can choose which transform do you want.
2) I have also put the code for rerunning the program with the same image selected, or same points selected, you can use that to see the effect of the different standard transforms.
3) Also in the end the program will ask if you want to save the registered image to a file. Please remember to put the extension with the name (eg mri.png)
