Here’s one quick way we check it in clinic:
📍 As we gently tip the head back, if the shoulders tense up or the arms shoot forward, it may be a retained Moro reflex.

This reflex is meant to fade early in development.
When it doesn’t, it can impact regulation, posture, and even how the brain handles sensory input.
