You can use any size gymnastic ring or Wing Chun ring for these moves.

I am only demonstrating 3 reps in the video but on your own I would go for 6-12 reps for each move. Don't rush the moves, and be sure to use Dynamic Tension throughout the sequence.

This sequence is excellent for restoring comfortable mobility to the shoulders, upper back, elbows, wrists, and grip.
