What is Power BI?

Welcome to my Power Platform Podcast. During this Podcast we will learn What is Power BI? Power BI is a business intelligence tool developed by Microsoft. We can convert our raw data into meaningful data with the help of Power BI. We can create eye-catching visuals, reports, and dashboards with the help of Power BI.

It also facilities to creation of eye-caching reports, dashboards, and visuals.

With that power, BI facilitates to connect of any data sources over there.

At this moment we can connect different data sources like File System, Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Rest APIs, anything with the help of out of the box available connector. With that, it also facilitates you to create your own custom connector as well.

Power BI also facilitates to create your own custom visualization, with the help of R and Python script.

These are the flexibility of the Power BI. Power BI is a part of the power platform component, meaning we can easily integrate with the other Office 365 product very easily. Also, we can embed the Power BI report with any custom web application using Power BI embedded. This is the beauty of power BI and now let's celebrate the different concepts in my next podcast.
