750 gmMutton
150 gr Mustard Oil
3 chopped Onion
3 inch ginger
20-25 garlic cloves
3 onion paste
1.5 tbsp Salt
1.5 tbsp red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
2 Green Cardmom
1 black cardamom
5-6 cloves
2 cinnamon stick
1 bayleaf

For khushbu masala
¼ Nutmeg
1 Flower Maice
3-4 cloves
2 gree Cardmom

for garnish
1 Handful Coriander Leaves
