Lower F-IQ (Financial IQ) is the main reason why people are struggling financially in the current Pandemic. No school or college teaches us how to improve our F-IQ.
As a result people keep on buying liabilities and have no idea about which Assets to buy.
Let me clarify it for you what is Asset and Liability.
Asset is something where the value increases after you buy it and it may also give you passive income. Passive income means money flows in your account whether you work or not.
eg. House/Car which give on rent, Stocks, Mutual Funds, Gold etc.

Liability is something where the value decreases and it also involves monthly maintenance and expenses. eg. Car, Mobile, house you stay in, Furniture, TV etc.

The idea is to buy Assets and Avoid liabilities in the initial part of our careers, at least first 10 years.

In the current Pandemic where most of the people's income has stopped or reduced ,they are paying EMIs for all the liabilities accumulated.
