Vick Almighty

In this Video Vick Almighty restores this TRASHED Air Jordan DMP Celtic 1 from 2009. Vick Almighty starts this restoration process by dry brushing all of the excess surface dirt from the sneaker using Reshoevn8r's Medium Bristle Brush. Vick then pulls the insole and inserts the Reshoevn8r Shoe Tree. Now Vick is ready to start cleaning by attacking the uppers with the Soft Bristle Brush and letting the Reshoevn8r Advanced Sneaker Cleaning Solution break down the dirt and grime inside and out. Switching to the Medium Bristle Brush, Vick eliminates any remaining tough stains and gives the insole a quick scrubbing. Vick then grabs the last brush, the Stiff Bristle, and attacks the outsole. Now they are ready for laundry, Vick bags them up and throws them in the washing machine on a normal cycle using only cold and regular spin cycle. After the shoes are thoroughly washed and dried with Reshoevn8r’s Sneaker Laundry System, Vick starts the yellowing process by applying Salon Care 40 to the midsole. After that, he covers them in plastic wrap and lets them cook in the sun for about an hour. After the midsoles are done, Vick uses the ironing method to reverse creasing in the toe box. Vick does a little more work to perfect the toe box by re-gluing it using Barge Infinity Cement Glue. Once done, Vick repaints the scratches on the leather using a custom mixed paint. To finalize the restoration Vick repaints the uppers with white paint, black paint and green paint that Vick mixed to perfectly match the shoe’s Celtic Green.
