🍴 Ingredients:
• 2 chicken thighs (diced)
• 3–4 sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Cracked black pepper
• 150ml chicken stock
• 100ml double cream
• 150g rigatoni
• 30g grated Parmesan
• Olive oil (for cooking)
Optional: Chilli flakes or basil to garnish

🔥 Method:
1. Cook rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Save a splash of pasta water.
2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden.
3. Add garlic, oregano, tomatoes, and pepper. Sauté 1–2 mins.
4. Pour in stock and simmer 5 mins.
5. Stir in cream & Parmesan. Let it thicken. Add pasta water if needed.
6. Toss in rigatoni and coat in sauce.
7. Finish with more cheese, pepper, and a cheeky proposal. 💍
