When you hear Bihari food, I am sure you think of "Litti chokha" but there is more to it. I will try my best to introduce you to some of the authentic Bihari Dishes. To begin with I am preparing a less known Pickle prepared & consumed in Bihar. "Oal Ka Achar".

This is a traditional Bihari pickle prepared and enjoyed by people of Bihar. A quick regional side toung smacker which can be consumed with chapati , Rice daal and evening snacks. This keeps you warm & healthy in winters but you can enjoy it throughout the year.

*** You can always adjust the amount of oil,Salt and Chilli and can preserve this pickle for 1-2 months in refrigerator. Just make sure you do not use the watery spoon. ***
