In this video, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to develop and incorporate an EMA into your autotrading bot trading strategies. You can use it for trading forex, trading cryptocurrencies and other technical analysis needs.

While there is no guarantee of profit, and market conditions influence future performance, many experienced traders use the EMA in financial markets trading and other assets.

We'll begin by explaining what the EMA technical indicator is and why it's important for forex traders. Then we'll demonstrate how to build your own EMA calculator using Python code, including some of the limitations around calculating it dynamically.

Using MetaTrader to retrieve live pricing data, we'll finish by using the code to dynamically calculate three moving averages: the 20 EMA, 50 EMA, 200 EMA.

You'll be well prepared for our next episode where we'll use the EMA technical indicators to inform an EMA Crossover Trading Strategy which you can use to practice trading assets of your choice.
