As the #Coronavirus spreads, the Israeli Health Ministry has just instituted new lockdown rules that have come into effect this morning, Sunday, as of 8 AM. These newest regulations will now been enforced by the police, following days of Israelis refusing to follow the rules. ILTV’s Aaron Poris reports from the streets of Tel Aviv.
