I was re-reading the Dragon Ball manga when I noticed just how many characters can use telepathy and it made me wonder, what are the most common techniques in all of Dragon Ball? For some ground rules, I think things like basic Ki blasts and strikes don’t count - I’m focusing on overlapping techniques with the same name or same technique basis. Like the Kienzan aka the Destructo Disk. We have Krillin, the inventor of the technique. Vegeta then steals it in the same arc it’s introduced - using it to cut off Gohan’s tail when he turns into an Oozaru. Later, Goku uses it against Super Buu and Android 18 uses it against Mighty Mask. You might think that’s it, but for the sake of this list - Freeza - can also use it. Yes, Freeza's Death Saucer has a different official name in English, but I don’t fully believe that was Toriyama’s intention and in Japanese it’s more explicitly a variation of the Kienzan - specifically the Tsuibi Kienzan. Also, Cell doesn’t count since that scene is anime only even if I think he could use it due to having Goku, Freeza, and Vegeta’s DNA which for some reason grants techniques in Dragon Ball.
